Ozone and Hydrogen Peroxide Oxidation Process
For different wastewater characteristics, based on orthogonal tests at the pilot scale and full-scale semi-works, we recommend appropriate pre-treatment or deep treatment processes. We aim to reasonably and moderately optimize investment and operating costs while ensuring stable operation as a prerequisite.

Main Equipment and Structures:

· (Air source or oxygen source) Ozone generator

· Hydrogen peroxide storage and dosing system

· Oxidation tower (pool)

· Gas-liquid mixer and aerator

· Ozone destructor

· Blower

· Chemical dosing pump

· Feed pump, etc.

· Monitoring instruments: Flow meter, ozone concentration detector, etc.


Routine Empirical Control Reaction Parameters:

· Temperature: Ambient

· Wastewater pH before entering the ozone-hydrogen peroxide oxidation pool: Alkaline is more effective;

· Ozone dosage ratio for CODcr removal per gram: (0.5~3):1;

· Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) to ozone (O3) ratio: 0.3:1(g/g) to 0.5:1(g/g);

· Contact time: 5 min to 60 min;

· Ozone pressure: Greater than 0.12 MPa;

· Hydrogen peroxide concentration: Greater than 30%.
