Bio Max®-Sludge Key Concentration (SKC) is a novel sludge dewatering efficiency enhancer characterized by low molecular weight and high charge-neutralization capacity. It can partially or even fully replace iron salt usage in traditional dewatering schemes (such as iron salt + lime + PAM), or under setups using only PAM without lime, effectively reducing sludge moisture content to below 60%.
Additionally, SKC can significantly optimize the consumption of iron salts and lime. Under the same chemical dosing conditions, adding SKC improves the solids content of dewatered sludge, thereby achieving true sludge volume reduction and enhancing economic efficiency. Its performance is particularly outstanding when applied in plate-and-frame filter press systems.
