Description

MicroMotion®-S is a specially selected microbial blend that functions effectively under micro-aerobic, anoxic, and anaerobic conditions. It is designed to suppress hydrogen sulfide odours in sludge, composting, and wastewater treatment processes. Under low oxygen conditions, it enhances biodegradation efficiency.

Odour Control:

Anaerobic microbial metabolism often produces sulphur-containing compounds, which are typically malodorous. Such odours arise during sludge treatment, composting, and wastewater treatment. MicroMotion®-S addresses this issue through its unique microorganisms, which convert sulphur in anaerobic or anoxic environments into elemental sulphur, thereby controlling odours.

MicroMotion®-S is ideal for application in wastewater treatment systems, primary treatment processes, sludge treatment systems, and anaerobic or facultative ponds. It is widely used in the dairy industry, meat processing, food manufacturing, municipal sewer networks, and wastewater treatment plants. It is also commonly used in biofiltration devices for odor treatment.

Biodegradation:

Solid waste accumulation in the environment often leads to odour and pollution issues. While microbial degradation of such pollutants usually requires aerobic conditions, maintaining these conditions can be challenging. MicroMotion®-S contains inoculated microorganisms that enhance degradation rates even under anaerobic or anoxic conditions. With long-term use, MicroMotion®-S effectively addresses the buildup of solid and greasy substances in wastewater treatment systems, primary treatment processes, and anaerobic ponds.

Usage Method

Under normal conditions, MicroMotion®-S is typically applied during preventive maintenance phases in soil, sewer pipelines, primary treatment stages, and anaerobic ponds. For wastewater applications, the recommended dosage is 0.001–0.03 L/m3, depending on wastewater characteristics and treatment conditions. Our technical team will provide a tailored and detailed application plan for your system.
MicroMotion®-S can also be used in biological deodorization boxes. The dosage should be determined based on the carrier properties and the concentration of sulphur compounds in the inlet air. Our technical team will provide a suitable and detailed solution accordingly.

Storage Operation

Store at 4°C–30°C under normal indoor conditions. Refrigeration is not required. Avoid direct sunlight.
