Description

Bio Max®-Carbon is a novel carbon source product developed from various organic raw materials through fermentation and specialized enzymatic hydrolysis technologies. The product features low dosing requirements, high bioavailability for microorganisms, reduced sludge production, and enhanced sludge activity.

Bio Max®-Carbon is essential for biological treatment system start-up and recovery acceleration. It is also a preferred carbon source for traditional denitrification and perchlorate removal processes.

Bio Max®-Carbon是可以作为市政、工业污水处理厂的碳源产品使用,提升污泥活性,同时可作为TN-硝态氮提标改善的碳源产品。本产品可以克服传统碳源产品投加量大,低温水环境溶解度下降、结晶,吸收率低,总氮去除率差,碳源有危险,有强烈刺激味等非环境友好因素。
——本产品为广谱高效液体产品,非危险品,无腐蚀性,零度左右也不会结晶,运输、储存和使用便利。Bio Max®-Carbon产品可作为碳源产品加速系统快速恢复,亦可搭配本公司的脱氮菌种可实现快速脱氮。
Bio Max®-Carbon serves as an effective carbon source for both municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. It enhances sludge activity and is particularly suitable for improving total nitrogen (TN) removal, especially targeting nitrate nitrogen standards.
This product addresses several common drawbacks of traditional carbon sources, including high dosing requirements, reduced solubility in low-temperature water, crystallization, low absorption rates, poor nitrogen removal efficiency, hazardous composition, and strong irritating odours.
As a broad-spectrum, high-efficiency liquid product, Bio Max®-Carbon is non-hazardous, non-corrosive, and remains stable without crystallization even around 0°C, making it safe and convenient to transport, store, and use.
Bio Max®-Carbon can be applied independently to accelerate system recovery or used in combination with our denitrifying bacterial strains to achieve rapid and effective nitrogen removal.

Usage Method

Bio Max®-Carbon is directly dosed into designated zones of the wastewater treatment plant using precision metering equipment. The dosage is determined based on actual influent water quality, flow rate, and discharge standards.
Technical engineers from Making Green Environmental Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will provide a precise and detailed dosing control plan.。

Storage Operation

Store at 0–38°C in a well-ventilated, dry indoor environment at ambient temperature.
This product is non-corrosive and non-hazardous. If contacted, rinse with water. Packaging materials are recyclable.
