MicroMotion®-N

Description

MicroMotion®-N is a biological agent developed specifically for the removal of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater treatment plants. This product is composed of Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter strains selectively sourced from nature, both of which are strict autotrophic microorganisms.

MicroMotion®-N is a concentrated liquid product. By directly inoculating Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter into the biological reaction process, it significantly enhances the efficiency of ammonia nitrogen removal.

Application

When wastewater treatment plants are subjected to toxic shocks or operate under low-temperature conditions, the population of native nitrifying bacteria often declines, with reduced activity and inhibited reproduction, resulting in lower ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency. MicroMotion®-N introduces nitrifying bacteria that work synergistically with local strains to boost the wastewater treatment system’s nitrification capacity and enhance performance under toxic, inhibitory, or cold conditions.
MicroMotion®-N can rapidly establish a functional nitrification system during the startup phase. It can also be applied when the nitrification process is disrupted, enabling quick recovery, and can be used during routine operations to improve the stability and continuity of nitrification performance.

Usage Method

MicroMotion®-N can be directly applied to the aeration zones of wastewater treatment processes such as SBR, Cass tanks, oxidation ditches, and A/O systems. The recommended dosage is 0.001–0.03 L/m³.
Technical engineers from Making Green Environmental Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will also provide a tailored and detailed technical plan.

Conditions Use

Dissolved oxygen: >2 mg/L
Temperature: 8–40°C (optimal: 15–35°C)
Ensure the system is free from toxic inhibition.

Storage Operation

It is recommended to store the product in a sealed container in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool place, away from heat sources. The shelf life is one year.
Empty packaging containers should be recycled and disposed properly.
