This included process design, material procurement, equipment fabrication, investigation, testing, cleaning, transportation, installation, commissioning, instrumentation, electrical automation, technical guidance, training, rectification, maintenance, and provision of civil design inputs

Treatment Effect:The process design and equipment procurement and installation were completed within 90 days, followed by 35 days of commissioning, with the project smoothly handed over to the client.

Characteristics

1.1Key Pollutants:

Pesticide production wastewater is a typical high-concentration organic wastewater with a complex composition. It contains various chemical substances, some of which have stable molecular structures and are difficult for microorganisms to degrade. These characteristics pose significant challenges for wastewater treatment.

1.2 Key Characteristics

1. Pesticide wastewater contains a high concentration of organic matter.

2. Complex composition, the pollutants include not only raw materials but also numerous by-products and intermediates.

3. High toxicity and poor biodegradability. In addition to pesticides and intermediates, the wastewater often contains toxic substances such as aromatic compounds, phenols, arsenic, and mercury, which inhibit biological treatment processes.

4. The water quality and flow rate of pesticide wastewater are unstable.


Option

The civil works for the biochemical treatment system were designed and constructed for a capacity of 2,000 m³/day, divided into two units of 1,000 m³/d each. Equipment was designed and installed based on a capacity of 1,000 m³/d.

Additionally, the biochemical treatment system was equipped with an exhaust gas collection and treatment process. The wastewater treatment system was designed to operate reliably within a load range of 50% to 110% of the designed flow capacity.
