1. High water temperature during summer
2. Insufficient nitrogen and phosphorous content
Solution:BioMax®-Phos and BioMax®-Nitro were selected to improve nutrient uptake efficiency and reduce nutrient costs.
Processing Scale:15000m³/d
Treatment Effect:The products successfully replaced the previously used diammonium phosphate and urea, maintaining system stability while improving operational convenience, saving storage space, reducing costs, and enhancing overall treatment performance.
Characteristics
1. High water temperature during summer
2. Insufficient nitrogen and phosphorous content
Option
1. The products were delivered to the site one week prior to the trial.
2. Initial testing began with 100% replacement of the client’s original product.
3. Our technical team provided on-site support, optimized product usage based on actual flow and concentration, and prepared detailed chemical dosing plans and data recording templates.
4. A trial report was submitted within three days after the trial concluded.
Result
Through the application of Bio Max®-Nitro and Bio Max®-Phos, the following outcomes were observed:
1. The nitrogen and phosphorus levels in the wastewater were sufficient to meet biological demand in both anaerobic and aerobic stages, improving COD removal efficiency in the anaerobic stage.
2. Both products were readily absorbed by microorganisms in the sludge, improving sludge settling performance without affecting effluent quality.
3. While meeting technical requirements, the nitrogen and phosphorus supplementation cost per ton of water was reduced.
