High-Efficiency Total Nitrogen Removal Technology(NRT)

The biological nitrogen removal process includes ammonia oxidation, nitrosation, nitrification, and denitrification, and the carbonization (degradation) of organic matter often occurs alongside these processes. By comprehensively considering various factors (such as microbial species and their reproduction rates, dissolved oxygen, pH, temperature, and load), the overall biological nitrogen removal process can be effectively simplified and improved.

MicroMotion®-Den is a biological agent developed specifically for nitrogen removal needs in wastewater treatment. It is composed of carefully selected biological agents, enzymes, and nutrients sourced from nature, primarily aimed at enhancing total nitrogen removal capacity in wastewater treatment systems, typically applied in anaerobic or anoxic zones. Conventional wastewater treatment systems often have low nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency. In such cases, MicroMotion®-Den can help boost the system’s total nitrogen removal performance.

Functions of High-Efficiency Microbes:

1. Improves total nitrogen removal and enhances system performance under low temperatures.

2. Increases BOD removal, as MicroMotion®-Den can function under facultative conditions to remove BOD.

3. Enhances removal of hard-to-degrade organics (such as amines).

4. Reduces the risk of exceeding total phosphorus limits in effluent.
